Parent and entrepreneur, Danielle Greig went ‘straight to the principal’s office’ at Felixstowe Community School in Adelaide – and the result is that students at the school will now become kidpreneurs.

Danielle heard about the Straight to the Principal’s office campaign, and saw the downloadable letter as a great way to introduce her school to the CK Challenge, and she then spoke personally to Principal Jen Bais.

Jen said that she was impressed with the clear framework in the Ready Set Go curriculum and and she saw an alignment of philosophies with their school. A progressive school, students had already started their own businesses in “The Village” area of their playground using virtual money. So Jen saw the CK Challenge as a great way to develop the budding entrepreneurial potential already in the school and get other students interested in learning about business at the same time.

Jen said “I feel confident to implement the program as it’s a proven program that was developed with the education community, and the flexibility allows us to customise to it to suit our school environment.”
