Parents

Club Kidpreneur exists to equip the next generation with the skills and inspiration to become more entrepreneurial and use the power of business as a force for good.

Entrepreneurial skills are life skills. We aim to foster confidence, resilience, creativity, financial literacy and more developmental assets essential for our kids to thrive in an uncertain world.

Through our experiential and interactive program your child can learn to build and launch their own micro-enterprise. Using our CK Business Kits and 12-step Ready Set Go curriculum they’ll learn to create a business name and logo, research a target market to develop their product design, use a production line and do their own marketing, merchandising and customer service. The program ends with kidpreneurs holding a market day where they are encouraged to experiment and make changes until their business concept works,- developing their resilience and innovation in a safe and secure environment.

Programs for your kids

At School

Our Ready Set Go program is mapped to the Australian Curriculum and can be delivered in class or after school for upper primary students. Students work in groups of 3 using a Business Kit containing workbooks, novels, a ‘Business in a Backpack’ each and a $40 Cleverpatch Gift Card to order product materials.  Each kidpreneur is challenged to make enough money at market day to pay $25 back to the Foundation for their startup materials and donate the remainder to a worthy cause of their choice. This means that the program is self-funding for the school.
To introduce Club Kidpreneur to your child’s school, we can send a letter on your behalf to introduce our program to the principal. Click the button below, to tell us who to send it to.

You can also download this presentation to share with your school P&C or P&F. Full notes are provided with each slide.

At Home

While the best place to do the program is through a school, you can always do the CK Challenge at home with your child by ordering a ‘CK Business Kit’ and accessing our free teaching resources and program content. Note that each Business Kit is designed for 3x children so it is recommended your child participate with their friends or other members of the family.
